What’s up all you muscle building fanatics out there!!
Man if I could remember all the times I am asked “Hey T, what do I do for bigger arms?!” Well, direct arm work is one thing and it definately has it’s benefits in bodybuilding.
But you need to understand if you are sportin’ guns under 15″ you better be DEADLIFTIN!!!
It’s that simple!
When I discovered this my arms BLEW UP! People thought I was on the juice!
Last year after winning my WNBF Pro Card I hurt my low back on a Heavy Deadlift Workout…it was my own fault because I was dehydrated, stiff, not properly warm and had been sitting all day the day before!
Well, the back is finally feeling really good!
