Youth Fitness

Our Youth Fitness Camp is the premier program in all of Farmington Valley for athletic development and youth-based conditioning.

The young athletes and youth participants work together in a safe, effective, and fun environment.

The camps incorporate fitness games, balance, partner work, strength, agility, conditioning and much more .

Our group sizes are limited to 15 youth participants in each group.  Ages range from 7 – 15 years of age and sessions run 45 minutes.
